I was conversing with this girl, and halfway through the conversation she indicated that she thought "I was too mature for her". I was baffled, does she feel we are not compatible and that me and her wouldn't work, or am I over reacting?

Maybe she doesn't feel as like she can keep up in conversations with you, or you are more settled in your life and she is still in the party stage.
